Jay Emms
Morinville, Alberta
Jay Emms has been chasing speed since the age of 14, spending his life racing and riding with a passion that’s led to success on every track he’s touched.
When Triple Tree Racing (TTR) was founded, Jay was competing on Harley-Davidsons, earning multiple podium finishes at Canadian national events. His dedication paid off in 2024 when he was crowned the Hot Twin Season Champion.
In 2025, Jay took a major step forward after acquiring a Gen 1 Suzuki Hayabusa — a proven machine built by Scotty Built and previously raced by Scott Richardson. In true racer fashion, Jay took possession of the bike on a Friday night, finished 2nd in competition the very next day, and followed it up with a 1st place finish on Sunday. He continued to race the Hayabusa throughout the season, ultimately becoming the 2025 Central Alberta Raceways Season Points Champion.
As soon as the season wrapped, Jay began planning his next evolution. For 2026, the #204 Hayabusa returns with a fully built 1507cc stroker race motor, premium components, extensive tuning, and a stretched 76” chassis.
Expect to see the #204 Busa tearing down the track with goals of 8.10 seconds in the ¼ mile and 5.10 seconds in the ⅛ mile — on motor only. And with rumors of nitrous in the mix for 2026… fans will definitely want to stay tuned.
