Chad Griffith joined Triple Tree Racing (TTR) in the 2024 season, initially as a team owner but quickly took on the role of crew chief, working closely with the riders to prepare their bikes and keep them performing at their best. He also contributed to the sport off the track, serving as a race director at several events throughout the season.

By the end of 2024, Chad’s passion for racing had grown even stronger, leading him to purchase his own drag bike — a 1428cc GS slick-and-bar machine — during the offseason.

In 2025, Chad gained valuable seat time by riding a teammate’s 1150 GS slick-and-bar to build experience and confidence on the track. As the season progressed, he consistently improved, setting new personal records and earning multiple 3rd-place finishes in eliminations. Meanwhile, his 1428 GS was being fine-tuned and prepped for his full debut in the 2026 season.
